- Increased joint working between Choose Suffolk to deliver visitor growth to the sub-region including:
- Delivery of a ‘A Big Weekend’ throughout the Haven Gateway
- Specific Olympic related interventions to support tourism: Gateway to the Games; additional campsite provision; joint itineraries throughout the sub-region; sub-regional visits for visiting journalists
- Increased short stay visitors
- International marketing campaign with main carriers
- Increasingly joined-up cultural activities
