Business Engagement, Economic Intelligence and Advocacy
Haven Gateway Partnership has been funded by the East of England Development Agency (EEDA) to undertake Business Engagement, Economic Intelligence and Advocacy within the Haven Gateway.
The purpose is to increase the Partnership's added value through systematic, timely and pro-active business and economic intelligence in the Haven Gateway and put in place the mechanisms to advocate the shared outcomes of the Partnership and EEDA with businesses and other Partners.
As part of this project, Haven Gateway Partnership will:
Issue regular monthly business e-bulletins to all supporters of the Haven Gateway. Click here to view current and previous e-bulletins.
Attend or organise regular networking opportunities for businesses, local authorities, agencies and key organisations within the sub-region.
Produce half yearly state of the sub-region reports including a business survey. Click here to take part in the survey. Reports will be published on the website.
Identify key issues or 'asks' of Government for the Haven Gateway engine of growth area.
Identify and engage with key influencers.
Lobby on key regional and sub-regional economic issues, ie transport as well as for securing further investment.
