The commission of an infrastructure delivery plan for the eastern fringe of Ipswich to ensure that housing is created efficiently and effectively.

Scope of the Project:

  • An assessment of the existing key infrastructure on the eastern fringe of Ipswich, including its capacity.
  • The identification of where improvements will be needed in order to absorb the proposed future developments.
  • The practical costs of providing the improvements to key infrastructure.

Aims of the Project:

To prepare a delivery plan for the infrastructure necessary to enable the proposed volume of housing to take place.

Outcomes of the Project:

Delivery plan for infrastructure for 1880 homes including 630 affordable homes.
