Business East Sussex (BES) and Haven Gateway Partnership (HGP) Lunchtime Learning Briefings.
The Haven Gateway Partnership, through its TALE project, have offered support to the Business East Sussex Growth Hub through this very challenging time for everyone.
Our assistance has been requested to help set up and facilitate a number of Lunchtime Learning Briefings.
The series starts with 6 briefings to be held twice a week for 3 consecutive weeks:
Tuesday 7th April – 12:00-13:00 Covid-19 Immediate Business Support
Thursday 9th April – 12:00-13:00 Practical tips to get your website in Order for Post Covid-19 UK
Tuesday 14th April – 12:00-13:00 How to write (re-write) your business plan
Thursday 16th April – 12:00-13:00 Enhancing your operations and processes – building a toolkit
Tuesday 21st April – 12:00-13:00 What does post Covid-19 Leadership Look Like and how are you going to get your staff back to work?
Thursday 23rd April – 12:00-13:00 What you can learn from the current landscape to start Planning for your Post Covid-19 Strategy
The briefings will be held using Zoom Meetings. There will be a host that will be in charge of introducing the briefing, speakers and to handle the live chat element of the meeting as well as the Q&A session at the end.
The meetings will not take any longer than an hour with the presentation element lasting for 30-40 minutes.
Workshops will focus on practical advice and action plans that can be implemented by company managers.
